EXCHANGES:
To exchange an item simply return it using the return process detailed below and place a new order online or over the phone for the item you want.
RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS:
To make a return simply follow the instruction on the return label that came in your package. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully so your return can be processed without delay. If you've miss-placed your return label please download the
30 Day Exchange/Refund Form here or contact us at sales@wakeside.com and we will email a new label right away.
Once your package is received at our warehouse it will be inspected and a refund will be issued to your card. We will notify you via email after your items are received and after we have credited your card.

PACKAGING OF RETURNS AND RESTOCKING FEE:
Please be sure to package the items you are returning in the same way that you received them. For example, if you are returning clothing or shoes, please put it back in the plastic bag or box it came in. If you are returning a wakeboard, wakeskate, or wake surfboard, be sure to reattach it to the spine that it came on.
Items damaged in return shipping due to inadequate or incorrect repackaging may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. We also reserve the right to assess a restocking fee if the return does not follow the guidelines listed in our Return Policy, or if the return accrues any additional damage due to improper care or poor repackaging. Examples include (but are not limited to): pet hair, makeup stains, excessive perfume/cologne smells, missing parts or important tags, etc.
DAMAGED & INCORRECT SHIPMENTS:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please call us immediately at 866-925-3743. We will ensure the items are picked up and a replacement is promptly sent out at our expense.
