Countries We Ship To
Australia, Canada, Dubai (UAE), France, Germany, China, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. All international orders are verified by our billing department for fraud prevention before shipping. This may cause a brief delay in processing international orders.
If you do not live in one of our authorized countries, we will ship to any U.S. location where you can have freight forwarding issued from there.

International Shipping
We ship our international orders with UPS Worldwide Expedited which takes roughly 7-10 business days. To determine the cost of shipping please add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Once you see the Shopping Cart page displayed you will be able to select your country and have your shipping fees calculated.
The International shipping rate does not include duties and taxes in the shipping cost. If you ship via International Shipping, regardless of the country you are shipping to, you will have to pay duties and taxes to the delivering company. Please check with your local government or UPS agency to estimate the amount you will be charged by them.

Please Note: Wakeside reserves the right to limit quantities and or charge actual shipping charges on bulk orders and shipments over 20 pounds. Heavy and oversized orders may require additional shipping charges.

Liquid Force International Orders
Due to our contract with Liquid Force, we are unable to ship Liquid Force products to Canada, New Zealand, or Australia. If you attempt to order a Liquid Force product and have it shipped to one of these countries, we will contact you and cancel the order. However, it is fine to purchase Liquid Force products with an international credit card and have the product shipped to a US address.

International Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards as our only methods of payment for international orders. All prices listed on Wakeside.com are in US dollars. You will be charged by your credit card company the US dollar amount converted by your country's current exchange rate.

All international orders are verified by our billing department. If there is a discrepancy with your billing information we will contact you (via email) to resolve the issue. To ensure quick processing of your order please ensure that any international order (any orders shipped or billed outside the US) has a shipping address that matches the billing address. If there is a billing issue that needs to be resolved on your order we may hold shipment until billing information can be verified.
